Delete your Wixzel One account
WIXZEL ONE · ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION
This page lets you request permanent deletion of your Wixzel One account and the data tied to it. The Wixzel One team will action your request within 30 days and email you a confirmation when it's done.
How to request deletion
- Enter the email address you used to sign in to Wixzel One (the same Google account email).
- Optionally tell us why — it helps us improve the app, but it's not required.
- Submit the form. We'll email you at that address when the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your Wixzel One profile (name, email, profile picture URL, Google user ID).
- All apps Wixzel One built for you and their associated specs.
- Your prompts and in-app requests stored with your account.
- Your preferences and any context you saved to your profile.
- Your feedback submissions tied to your account.
What we keep — and for how long
- Operational logs
- Server-side request logs containing IP addresses and user agents are retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention, then automatically purged.
- Billing records
- If you ever subscribed to Pro, invoice and payment records are retained for 7 years where required by tax and accounting law. They are kept in a separate system and not linked to your active profile after deletion.
- Anonymous aggregates
- Aggregated, non-identifying usage counts (e.g. total apps built across all users) may be retained indefinitely. These contain no personal data.
Other ways to request deletion
If you'd rather email us directly, write to privacy@wixzel.one from your account email. Please include the words "delete my account" in the subject so we route it correctly.
