Privacy Policy

Wixzel One builds it on your phone in seconds. Our privacy promise is just as direct: we collect the minimum we need to run the app, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are

This policy applies to the Wixzel One mobile application ("the app", "we", "us") and its supporting backend at oneapi.wixzel.com. The data controller is the Wixzel One team. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact privacy@wixzel.one.

What we collect

• Google account profile. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, profile picture URL, and a stable Google user ID. This is the only way to sign into Wixzel One.
• App content you create. Prompts, project metadata, and the apps you produce inside Wixzel One are stored on our backend so you can come back to them across devices.
• Device and app info. Installed app version, OS version, and approximate locale, used to deliver compatible builds and enforce the minimum supported version.
• Local preferences. UI preferences and your auth token are stored on your device via Android's SharedPreferences. They never leave your device except as needed to authenticate API calls.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect your contacts, calendar, photos, location, microphone, or camera data.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites for advertising.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

How we use your data

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To save and serve your projects across sessions and devices.
• To enforce trial limits, version requirements, and abuse prevention.
• To respond when you contact support.

Third parties we use

• Google Sign-In — for authentication. Your interaction with Google is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — fonts are fetched at runtime; Google receives standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) as part of any HTTP request.
• Google Play — distributes the app and may provide aggregated install and crash metrics under Google's policies.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we permanently remove your profile and the projects associated with it within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records (e.g. fraud prevention, legal compliance).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@wixzel.one from the email address tied to your account. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

Wixzel One is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Traffic between the app and our backend is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to backend systems is restricted to authorized team members. No system is ever 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard practices and respond promptly to vulnerabilities reported to security@wixzel.one.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects your rights, we will surface a notice in the app and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Wixzel One after a change means you accept the revised policy.
